Refund Policy
We stand behind Breaking the Secret Cycle: The Trigger Reset Method. This policy explains our 21-day promise and how to claim it.
1. Our 21-day promise
If you go through the full 21-Day Trigger Reset Protocol as outlined in the guide and do not feel it gave you real, practical tools to interrupt the pattern, you can request a full refund within 21 days of your purchase date. The refund covers the full amount you paid, including the bonuses.
2. How to request a refund
- Email tatemichael675@gmail.com within 21 days of purchase.
- Use the same email address you used at checkout, and put "Refund request" in the subject line.
- Include your order number or the name on the order, if you have it.
A short note about what you tried is welcome because it helps us improve, but you do not need to justify yourself or share anything personal. We take your word, with no interrogation and no guilt trip.
3. What happens next
- We aim to reply within 3 business days.
- Payments are processed by Selar, so approved refunds are sent back through the original payment method. Timing depends on Selar and your bank or payment provider, and can take several business days.
- After a refund, please delete your copies of the Product and do not share the files.
4. Requests after 21 days
We cannot offer refunds after the 21-day period, unless the law requires it.
5. Technical problems and duplicate charges
If you were charged twice, did not receive access, or a file will not open, email us straight away. We will fix the problem or refund the affected payment, whichever suits you, even if the 21-day period has passed.
6. Payment disputes
Please contact us before opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank. We are quick to sort out genuine problems, and it is usually faster for you.
