This Privacy Policy explains how mimoechoes.online ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your information when you visit our website or buy Breaking the Secret Cycle: The Trigger Reset Method and its bonuses (the "Product"). By using our website or buying the Product, you agree to this policy.

2. Information we collect
- Order information. When you buy, your name, email address, phone number (if requested) and order details are collected through our payment and delivery platform, Selar. We receive the order details we need to deliver the Product and provide support.
- Messages you send us. If you email us for support or a refund, we keep that correspondence.
- Technical information. Like most websites, we automatically receive information such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed and how you arrived, through cookies and similar technologies.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, details about your health, religion, sexual behaviour or any other sensitive personal matters. The Product itself is delivered as a digital file, and we do not require you to disclose anything personal in order to use it.
3. How we use your information
- To deliver the Product and provide customer support.
- To process refunds and prevent fraud.
- To understand how our website performs and to improve it.
- To measure the performance of our advertising and show relevant ads (see section 4).

4. Cookies, the Meta Pixel and advertising
We use the Meta Pixel on our website. It lets us measure whether our ads on Facebook and Instagram lead to visits or purchases, and helps Meta show our ads to people who may be interested. The pixel collects information such as pages you view and actions you take, using cookies. Meta processes this data under its own privacy policy. You can control ad personalisation in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect how some parts of the site work.
5. Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Selar, which processes payments and delivers the Product. Selar has its own terms and privacy policy.
- Service providers that host our website or help us send emails, only as needed to run our services.
- Meta, through the pixel described above.
- Authorities, where we are legally required to do so.
We take care to keep your purchase private and do not disclose it to anyone else, except as described above.
6. Payments
All payments are handled by Selar. We do not see or store your card or bank details.
7. How long we keep information
We keep order and support records for as long as needed to provide the Product, handle refunds and comply with the law, then delete or anonymise them.
8. Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, and similar laws that may apply to you, you may have the right to ask for access to your data, correct it, delete it, object to certain uses, withdraw consent, and complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission. 9. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no online system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
Our website and Product are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Some of our service providers, including Selar, Meta and email or hosting services, may process data outside Nigeria. Where that happens, we rely on providers that apply appropriate safeguards.
